Orders & Shipping Process
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt, subject to item availability (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number.
NOTE: Orders containing multiple items may be filled from multiple locations and delivered separately. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees in this case.
We appreciate our customers and are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING* on orders of $100 or more within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Within the continental United States, ground delivery takes 1 to 5 business days (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). To ship to Hawaii and Alaska, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00. Direct Signature is a supplementary service that is available.
Please allow extra processing time for preordered items. We restock every 2-4 weeks.
UPS and DHL are the carriers we use for shipping. FedEx rates can be obtained upon request. Duties and taxes may be imposed on international shipments at the time of delivery. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred while in transit. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes.
At the checkout, FedEx Priority Overnight and 2-Day AM services are available. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 pm CNT, we accept expedited orders. Please keep in mind that immediate shipments are subject to item availability. The rates for Priority Overnight and 2-Day AM will be determined by your shipping address, shipment weight, and packaging. PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN
Nini'Splendid Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed to be delivered to the address provided when placing an order. Nini'Splendid Jewels will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate upon inquiry.
If a shipment is delayed while in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with and contact the shipping carrier they chose to deliver their parcel.
