RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 RETURNS: If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your money. Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. As a result, please choose wisely. Please fill out the Return Forms that came with your order as well as the Returns link above. Return the item(s) for a refund within 14 business days. If it has been 15 days or more since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: We should always receive the returned package within 14 days of the approval date sent via email. We can no longer accept returns if 15 days or more have gone since the approval.                                                                                                                                                                                     WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS?

We will accept a return and exchanges for change of mind on products purchased online within 14 days of receipt or at any time if products are faulty for orders delivered within the United States. Please return the item as follows:

1. Please fill out the Return policy Form link here as well as the form included with your package.

2. Repack your items in their original box, including all packaging (exactly as you received them or with what you have access to). Please keep in mind that we are a small business, and non-defective return costs will be paid by the purchaser.

 EARRINGS: Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all earrings are FINAL SALE; therefore, please carefully read the item description.

You can exchange your item(s) by filling out the form at the top of the page, where you can access the record for your most recent order and specify which item(s) you'd like to exchange.   

   WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

Returns/Exchanges for Change of Mind:

Because we are a small business, the purchaser is currently responsible for the cost of return charges to Nini' Splendid Jewels.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We make no assurances that we will receive your returned item.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

Please give us 3-7 business days to process your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account once your items have been received by Nini'Splendid Jewels. The time it takes your banking institutions to process your refund will determine how quickly you can get your money back.

PACKAGES MISSING:

If your package shows as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact us at ninisplendidjewels.com and inform us of the missing package. Next, please file a claim with USPS, and we will file a claim on your behalf and contact you to keep you updated on the status of your claim.

REFUNDS: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


1 YEAR WARRANTY: Your products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal wear and conditions for one year from the original invoice date. If your item is showing signs of significant wear, please contact us and (if available) we will replace it for you with a new one.

REFUNDS THAT ARE LATE OR MISSING:

If you haven't obtained your refund yet, contact your credit card company first; it may take some time (3-5 business days) for your refund to be officially posted. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at ninisplendidjewels.com
